Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your province. Canadian orders are subject to applicable GST/HST/PST.

Pre-orders reserve your item before it releases. You are charged at the time of ordering, and the item ships on or near the release date.
Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before the item ships. Contact sales@collectarian.ca with your order number.
We'll email you if the release date shifts significantly. You can cancel at any time if the new date doesn't work for you.
Yes — pre-order purchases earn standard points for your tier, plus a pre-order bonus on top.
You earn points on every purchase — the rate depends on your tier. Members earn 1 pt per $1, Bronze 1.25, Silver 1.5, Gold 2 pts per $1.
In the cart, use the Points widget to apply any multiple of 100 points. 100 points = $1 CAD off your order.
Tiers are based on your spend in a calendar month. Bronze starts at $100, Silver at $200, Gold at $500 monthly spend. Once earned, your tier is protected for 3 months.
Points are valid as long as you make a purchase within 24 months. We'll email you at 18 and 23 months of inactivity as a reminder.
Unless listed as "Used" or "Open Box", all items are brand new and sealed. Condition is clearly labelled on every product page.
We source directly from authorised distributors and manufacturers. Every product is inspected before shipping.
Email sales@collectarian.ca with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
We sell both raw (ungraded) and professionally graded cards. Graded cards show the grading service and grade on the product page.
No — you can check out as a guest. An account unlocks loyalty points, order history, and saved addresses.
Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page. A reset link will be emailed to your registered address.
Log in and go to Account → Profile to update your details. Address changes apply to future orders only, not orders already placed.
Go to Account → Notification Preferences to manage your email settings. You can turn off marketing emails while keeping order notifications active.
