Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. The return window starts on the date your tracking shows delivered.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and in original sealed packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Ineligible Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale and clearance items
  • Opened or unsealed items (unless damaged or defective)
  • Digital downloads or codes
  • Custom or personalised orders

How to Start a Return

Email sales@collectarian.ca with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

We'll respond within 1–2 business days and send a prepaid return label via email. Please do not ship items back without first receiving this label.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchange Process

Prefer an exchange? Note the item you'd like in your return request email and we'll check availability. If the exchange item is in stock, we'll ship it as soon as your return is received.

If the exchange item is higher in value, we'll send you a payment link for the difference. If lower, we'll refund the difference.
