Orders over $75 CAD qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in Canada. This threshold is applied after any discounts.
Gold loyalty tier members receive free standard shipping on every order, regardless of order value.
For orders under $75, standard shipping rates are flat-rate by region:

Expedited shipping is available at checkout for most destinations. Expedited orders placed before 12pm MT on a business day typically ship same day.
Expedited rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Most in-stock orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment.
Pre-orders ship on or near the manufacturer's release date. We'll email you when your pre-order is dispatched.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use the carrier's website to track your package in real time.
Logged-in customers can also view tracking directly in Account → Order History.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, unclaimed, etc.), we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment. A re-shipping fee may apply.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot intercept a package once it has been dispatched.
