By accessing collectarian.ca or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our store.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before fulfilling your order.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly from images shown due to manufacturer changes or display settings.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including cases of suspected fraud, stock errors, or pricing mistakes. You will receive an order confirmation email — this confirms receipt of your order, not acceptance.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Full payment is required at time of purchase, including pre-orders.

We ship within Canada only. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

All content on collectarian.ca — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Collectarian and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collectarian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Alberta, Canada.
